About the role

In this role you will be a talent development and talent management advisor for one or more core functions. You will partner with the business and HR to identify talent needs, then develop and operationalize talent strategies based on the needs of the business. You will develop a deep understanding of the business and implications for talent and career development, and provides leadership support for all components of talent, including high potential identification, assessment, coaching, succession planning and accelerated development for those most likely to grow into future executive roles. This position requires a utility player with a strategic mindset and a strong bias towards delivery.

What you'll do

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and deploy a robust set of tools to support talent management and development programs, focused on managing all aspects of succession planning and performance management.
  • Leverage data, analytics and talent-related technology and systems to develop insights to support talent management decisions and workforce management strategies; utilize assessment data to identify leadership development priorities.
  • Regularly influence talent initiatives, collaborate and build deep partnerships with the business and CoE leads; coach senior leaders and HRBP's to follow CoE best practices
  • Facilitate the identification and communication of talent insights for individual and program development including survey, culture metrics, 360 feedback etc.
  • Leads design of talent accelerator programs and practices for high potential development, including identification of participants and development planning with HRBPs, CoE and business team
  • Design and drive organizational effectiveness and change management strategies


Who you are

  • Depth of expertise: depth of knowledge and experience across a wide range of areas (Talent Management, Human Resources, Center of Excellence) in design and implementation of processes and tools with focus on assessment, development, succession planning, and career development.
  • Consultative skills: proven ability to partner with others to determine appropriate solutions to business needs.
  • Program/Project management: discipline and rigor to ensure processes are followed and initiatives delivered in a timely manner.
  • Process Design and Development: ability to own process design and development end to end, integrating quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • Coaching skills: ability to provide individual and group feedback and guidance to multiple levels of clients
  • Strong written and oral communication skills: including executive presence and ability to tailor style to audience. Comfort and expertise in facilitation across wide audiences and all levels of leadership. Write quality development plans leveraging a variety of resources.
  • Business Acumen: Passion and curiosity for the business; drive to understand the competitive landscape; strong business orientation, drive for results, and desire to win; Comfortable driving change and embracing innovation in face of ambiguity and complexity.
