Based in Rosebery, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Manager to lead our E-Commerce China team on a 12-month contract. This role is responsible for the development, growth and operations of our China marketplace and website experience. Aligning to our brand presentation, you will be responsible for driving traffic, conversion, sales and high operational performance for Zimmermann across China.

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Ownership of all online marketplace channels in China, working across the Digital team to align and evolve the China market experience.
  • Develop & execute marketing strategies, plans and campaigns for the Zimmermann Tmall Flagship store.
  • Manage and improve the end-to-end structural and operational business processes that drive the China experience (Customer service, VM, User Experience, Customer journey).
  • Drive & implement new initiatives to grow in the marketplace across all China channels.
  • Lead, motivate and mentor the team and ensure all team members are meeting key dates for product and promotional launches

Required skills & expertise:

  • Proven experience in driving online sales in China markets.
  • Practical experience in using TMall & Other Online Marketplace.
  • Experience in CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing in the China Market.
  • In-depth working knowledge of the Luxury Retail & Fashion industry.
  • Excellence project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment with multiple projects at any one time.
  • Fluent written and spoken Mandarin.
