Primary Purpose:
- Create and execute a well-defined project plan for Acceleration or Special Projects and schedule with tasks and resource assignments, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Maintain & issue the project management work flow document to key stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion and appropriate implementation of projects by scheduling weekly project team meetings throughout the process, supporting risk management within the project team
- Where needed, create or maintain project dashboard to communicate pilots / interventions / sprints currently underway and those on the backlog, with their priority according to the overall business objectives
- Support development of communication materials and establish cadence/forum to inform the cross-functional teams about project progress, roadmaps and key deliverables
- Support with the development of presentation materials for workshops, project sponsor check-ins and leadership updates
- Support discussions with key stakeholders to align on, document and communicate process steps, decision rights, roles and responsibilities and meeting charters for key cross-functional touchpoints/handoffs
- Identify and document impact to process and roles & responsibilities, working with project teams to regularly evaluate and address where there is risk in successfully embedding new ways of working
- Support the buildout/enhancement of toolkit for teams that include: process maps / flow charts, meeting charters, role charters, use cases for new tools / methodologies, training materials for any systems

Key Deliverables:
- Process/workflow maps that account for the critical interdependent activities that fall under the relevant Acceleration / Special Project at hand
- Future state role charters (accountabilities, skillset) and meeting charters
- Project plans and timelines for agreed upon test and learn pilots, process enhancements or system implementations
- Additional/re-vamped key interlock meetings where needed to ensure smooth handoff or coordination across multiple teams
- Capacity assessment to create baseline capacity available and identify key investment areas to support, enable or accelerate delivery of project goals
- Playbook/use cases and governance (decision rights, review, approval, SLA/timing) for key project milestones
- Change management plan identifying impact to people/process/tools and actions, owners and timeline to mitigate risk of changes being adopted
- Technology implementation:
- From/To process map and timeline to reflect impact of new tools and their input/output requirements
- Training tools for new tools/systems

- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience in the Fashion Retail industry required
- Experience in process redesign, test and learn pilots, and technology implementation projects
- Change management experience
- Strong business acumen, paired with a customer-centric mindset and a can-do attitude
