Company

Frank & Eileen was born in 2009 when former engineer Audrey McLoghlin sought to reinvent the button-up for women, a category previously focused on men. Inspired by Audrey’s Irish roots and named in honor of her beloved grandparents—our brand namesakes, Frank & Eileen—we have grown slowly and intentionally from our best-Italian-fabric-in-the-world-obsessed beginnings to a woman-owned, women-led leader in sustainability.

A deep connection to Audrey’s Irish heritage, close ties to family-run OEKO-TEX® certified Italian mills, and an obsession with Californian design are the threads that bind all we do. As a certified B Corp, Frank & Eileen is incredibly proud to be a force for good in the fashion industry. We are hyper aware of the profound impact every step of a garment’s life has on our planet which is why all of our styles are fully traceable from seed to finish. Our team works hard from our HQ in sunny California, sourcing the finest raw materials found in nature to create timeless classics—from the original “Best Shirt. Ever.” Barry button-up, to newer categories like our perfect Capelet series and our new Wicklow Italian chino—each style is carefully crafted in collaboration with ethical partners we consider extended family.

Tightly-held values underpin every move we make. After ten years of sustainable style,

Frank & Eileen’s second decade will center on female empowerment—a commitment we defined with the launch of our Giving Pledge, pledging $10 million over 10 years to nurturing the female leaders of tomorrow.

At Frank & Eileen, “Enter as strangers, leave as friends” is our company credo. Cheers to a lasting friendship!
