Public Relations Assistant (temp) - Full time/40 hours per week & in-office position - 1-2 years' experience (includes PR internship or work experience) - Start Date ASAP

Trafficking of Fashion Samples and Assets
  • Pull, track and invoice samples for use in digital, national and regional editorials through Tory Track
  • Monitor sample returns and create outstanding sample lists
  • Manage internal sample sharing
  • Maintain organization of seasonal assets

Editorial Reporting
  • Clip, track and compile digital and print editorial credits
  • Manage editorial credits and support with monthly and seasonal reports.

Internal Communication
  • Assist in the set-up and coordination of press events and showroom appointments.
  • Daily communication with the West Coast and International offices on sample requests.
  • Update all press credits in the common areas of NY offices

Additional Areas of support
  • Support a variety of special projects as they arise - including Fashion Shows, Press Days and Events
  • Maintain runway closet inventory
  • Assist with seasonal gifting
  • Schedule and track all messengers/UPS packages.
  • Ensure all office supplies for the team are stocked and readily available
  • Archive and organize all magazines


BS/BA degree required with 1-2 years work or internship experience in public relations, fashion, marketing or publishing
  • Experience with sample trafficking, Fashion GPS preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of social media platforms

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, team player, flexible, organized, professional and detail oriented
  • Able to prioritize / multi-task
  • Strategic approach to problem solving
