Solace London is looking for a driven and organised individual who is passionate about delivering a high standard of authentic and engaging customer support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and resolving all customer enquiries using Zendesk and Instagram
  • Taking full ownership of any issues through to a resolution
  • Identifying and addressing customer’s needs and advising them accordingly
  • Analyse, digest and report customer feedback 
  • Monitoring and tracking customer orders troubleshooting any issues with third party 3PL or couriers
  • Working closely with 3PL on booking in deliveries and maintaining correct stock levels
  • Assisting the Website Manager with seasonal collection launches
  • Conducting daily site audits
  • Processing e-commerce returns in Solace London’s head office
  • Completing weekly sales reports providing accurate feedback on best sellers, slow sellers and opportunities
  • Striving to continually improve the customer journey

The right candidate must:

  • Be articulate and understand a nuanced approach to customer service
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be confident, organised and self-motivated
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have experience in using Zendesk and Shopify
  • Be able to manage their time efficiently
  • Have a minimum of 5 years in a similar role with experience in fashion e-commerce being essential.
