Business Analyst Global Travel Retail (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Business Analyst Global Travel Retail (m/f/d) to strengthen our Global Travel Retail Department. A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies and who, of course, greatly enjoy their work is looking forward to you joining them in their area.

What you can expect:

  • Create monthly reports on WHS / RET development per region (sales, KPI´s, BP´s etc.)
  • Prepare global PAX analysis on quarterly level
  • Support management presentations for the Vice President Global Travel Retail
  • Manage the main controlling files (develop and maintain the tools) and maintain the rolling budget file
  • Provide the team with benchmarks and analysis on Project Approval VS reality
  • Support own Retail Expansion and LFL development
  • Prepare AdHoc Analyses to support the Global TR Team
  • Consolidate, check and send out of financial plannings
  • Assure that Global POS and Retail Net Sales Database are always up to date
  • Consolidate, check and send out of BIS Preorder Plannings


Your profile:

  • A completed university degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, previous experience from Travel Retail of advantage
  • In-depth Knowledge of Luxury and Premium environment, Fashion Retailing, Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Controlling
  • Strong interest is Business Development and KPI related analysis
  • Fluency in English and German required
  • Proficinecy user of MS Office (Excel & PPT) & SAP
  • Good social and communication skills
  • Organized, independent, and self-motivated with ability to solve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to set priorities within a fast paced and changing environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and interdisciplinary thinking as well as intercultural competence
