Job Details

What you'll deliver:

  • Support in all areas of brand management including image/content, social media, wholesale marketing partnerships, and packaging
  •  Identify seasonal product storytelling opportunities and guide Content team to develop assets that can be distributed internally and externally to support strategic business needs and commercial interests.
  •  Build and maintain a network of creative partners, vendors, and onboard new partners with a focus on brand voice, storytelling, competitive alignments, and execution methods. Consistently pitch new talent, ideas, and opportunities for brand growth. 
  •  Work with cross-functional teams such as communications, e-commerce, wholesale, and merchandising to ensure content deliverables are complete and ready for launch in a timely manner and promoted in a consistent brand voice across relevant channels.  
  •  Assist with all seasonal marketing initiatives including reviewing marketing plans, tracking marketing submissions/approvals, assisting with photoshoots, store installations, and ensuring assets are delivered.
  •  Provide guidance to content team in overseeing all digital content production and post-production including brand storytelling, visual direction, budget management, vendor bookings and delivery deadlines. Provide creative feedback and assist with approval process. 
  •  Assist to establish creative concepts for socially led initiatives. Work with Social Media Coordinator to ensure monthly social media plans are scheduled and approved in a timely manner. Assist to approve copywriting and visual layouts.
  •  Work with wholesale and other external partners to ideate and execute Co-Op Marketing plans per season (digital, physical installations, etc) and monitor partnership performance and impact
  •  Pitch and execute supplemental marketing opportunities that support the brand calendar. 
  •  Develop best practice processes and recommendations for all content creation and management 
  •  Manage and execute assigned creative projects from start to finish. Attend meetings and track next steps/follow-ups for projects.
  •  Assist to establish brand visual guidelines (logo sizing, typeface, branded documents) 
  •  Pitch and execute packaging concepts and improvement across all existing and new packaging categories. 
  • Assist with daily management of department coordinators and provide support where needed
  •  Ad hoc projects as needed

What you'll offer:

  •  
  • 3-4 years of experience in a creative marketing field
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of creative development process
  • Strong understanding of luxury market and trends
  • Strong understanding of content production, social media, and digital landscape 
  • Passion for art direction and visual communication 
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Must be extremely organized and have ability to multi-task 
  • Comfortable leading presentations and participating in group meetings 
  • Comfortable negotiating vendor pricing and contracts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role. Strong leadership qualities and collaborative approach to mentorship. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a huge plus
