Assistant to SVP Global Marketing & Brand Communications (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Assistant to SVP Global Marketing & Brand Communications (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • Relieving the workload and proactively supporting the divisional management in day-to-day business
  • Preparation, organisation, coordination and implementation of internal and external meetings, telephone conferences and other appointments for the supervisor
  • General administrative tasks, e.g. procurement of office supplies, provision of IT equipment, organisation of hospitality, preparation and follow-up of meetings, taking minutes and handling ad-hoc issues
  • Travel management and travel expense reporting for the supervisor
  • Budget compilation, monitoring and administration in consideration of KPI's as well as initiation of measures in coordination with the division management if necessary
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Optimising organisational processes and ensuring smooth communication

Your profile:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a in a similar role, or one with relevant cross-over skills
  • Distinct organisational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
  • Conscientiousness, reliability, discretion and loyalty
  • Flexible, adaptable and open minded
  • High level of business maturity
  • Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident handling MS-Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel) as well as Adobe
