(Senior) Sourcing Manager Marketing (m/w/d)

The Indirect Procurement team is looking for a (Senior) Sourcing Manager Marketing in order to bring transparency, tools and processes for procurement excellence to all parts of the organization involved in non-merchandise procurement activities. You will be a part of the Indirect Procurement team and you will be the key to a proactive management of the sourcing strategy for your commodity and its execution.
  • You will be part of a team composed of 5 members, including yourself. The team is responsible for managing commodities such as Online and Offline Media, Events, Public Relations, Creative Agencies, etc.
  • You will develop, establish and maintain cost effective, service oriented and quality focused long-term strategy supplier relationships in accordance with company objectives and industry best practices
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing functional supplier performance indicators, analysis/evaluation of supplier proposals, supplier negotiations and ongoing administration tasks, as well as risk assessments and containment actions
  • You will support your internal customers and stakeholders in order to understand and meet their procurement needs as well as educate them on procurement processes and guidelines
  • You will participate and drive cross-functional initiatives within Indirect procurement

  • University degree in marketing, business administration, sourcing, supply chain management or comparable qualification
  • You have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a large purchasing function, managing suppliers in an international business, preferably with a focus on media buying..
  • You bring experience in a fast-paced organization with exposure to innovative and new approaches to procurement and media buying.
  • You have a procurement strategic mindset with excellent negotiations skills, you are analytical and you have a problem solving attitude with a proven ability to achieve cost savings and overall efficiency on focused categories of spend
  • You are able to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders with various levels of hierarchy, both internally and externally .You have a strong customer service sense and attitude with a commercial and entrepreneurial driven mindset
  • You speak English fluently, any additional language is a plus.
