Title: Coordinator, Print and Post Production

Primary Purpose:
Coordinator, Print and Post Production is responsible for overseeing and scheduling print projects from inception to final release. Scope of projects includes but not limited to Advertising, Outdoor/Billboards, Direct Mail, Store Graphics and quarterly/seasonal signage rollouts. This position reports to the Senior Manager.

The successful individual will leverage their skills to...
- Partner with project management team to ensure project briefs are fully completed and strategically aligned before commencement of work; follows up on outstanding issues and missing information.
- Route print and digital projects cross functionally to ensure deadlines are met; this includes creative, copy, studio, internal clients and project management teams.
- Work with creative partners to ensure that all production specs are provided and aligned with agreed upon budgets.
- Coordinate retouching and color reviews with creative team and senior production.
- Support in managing post production requests, including routing files for approvals, booking and managing freelance retouchers and organizing final assets.
- Work with studio team to ensure that all necessary information is provided to release jobs to vendors and clients for production.
- Maintain and distribute daily project priority list and status reports.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of production, project or retouching coordination or related creative services experience required.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with Adobe Creative Suite and project management software required.
