The Details...Our graphic designer concepts and executes engaging, emotional content that tells a brand story across all marketing channels. What exactly does a Chico's FAS graphic designer do? Read on...

• Theysupport the creative process from concept to completion, working closely with their Creative lead to develop layouts that adhere to established brand standards
• They collaborate with partners in marketing, copy, merchandising, digital communications (among others) to ensure all projects meet deadlines, objectives and budget
•They develop graphics and layouts for all marketing channels
•They collaborate with Creative Team on presentations
•They produce and optimize final digital artwork and create digital templates
• They work in paradise (Sun, sand and sea is ALL around)


What's required...Of course, we have some qualifications (it wouldn't be a proper job description without them).

• BA/BS degree; preferably in a Graphic or Fine Arts field
• 3+ years' experience in graphic design
• MAC proficiency (Adobe Suites, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Demonstrated talent in photo editing, cropping and composition; motion graphics and video editing a plus
• Strong and sophisticated typography
• Graphic and interactive design proficiency; with strong portfolio to support
• Understanding of responsive design best practices (front end web development; including HTML. CSS, Java Script, Flash and Bootstrap)
• Knowledge of web image optimization best practices preferred
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Experience working within established budgets and tight deadlines
