  • You will be part of a diverse and brilliant team, but you will also help us build diverse teams by designing and developing efficient recruitment strategies.

  • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end tech recruitment, proven track of hiring for key business roles of different seniority in tech spaces.
  • You can quickly find your feet and hit the ground running with new tasks and are keen to join internal pilots and projects.
  • Great sourcing skills and a can-do mentality; readiness to achieve excellent hiring results within a defined time frame.
  • You have an analytical mindset, are experienced with reporting and can think strategically, while observing the current talent market and its latest trends. You can think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
  • Experience in building and cultivating relationships with key business stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.
