WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing from website, blog, SEO/SEA, email to social media, and display marketing campaigns
  • You are experienced in the field of SAAS/Fashion & Lifestyle/eCommerce industry
  • Very good command of German and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are part of your daily business
  • Experienced in working with WordPress, Google Analytics and you know who to deal with an all-in-one marketing solution connected with a CRM (ideally Hubspot/Salesforce)
  • Experienced in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS would be beneficial
  • Solid knowledge in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) complement your curriculum and would be a plus
  • Excellent presentation and Excel skills to interpret and elaborate results from campaign and A / B test results
  • You are a digital pioneer, always up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • You always put the customer first whilst being highly focused and efficient
  • You make it work, are creative, and always think in solutions
  • You are motivated and structured and always aim for clear communication towards different stakeholders



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You develop the analytic set up to enable the marketing team to make data-driven decisions
  • You coordinate our digital performance marketing team
  • Website maintenance and development: Our website is your field of play. from design, editing, and functionalities. You supervise all our website activities, including the layout of the web- and landing pages, and the coordination of our web agency
  • UX: You make sure, that our website and digital formats are in line with the latest user experience insights
  • SEA / SEO: You are responsible for a coherent SEO & SEA strategy and the coordination of our web agency
  • Display Marketing: You develop a smart Display Marketing strategy to further increase our brand awareness and generate leads
    Social Media: Together with our Content Creator, you are responsible for creating campaigns that convert on our social channels (eg. LinkedIn)
  • Inbound Marketing: You develop and implement a profound inbound marketing strategy (via Hubspot)
  • Lead generation: Along with the inbound marketing strategy, you will set up a lead generation process that represents our buyer's journey and fills the sales funnel with quality leads
  • Performance Marketing: You are responsible for measuring the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and channels (e.g. ROI)
  • Marketing automation: Automating processes is integral to our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for smooth processes and workflows in our all-in-one marketing tool (Hubspot) and a proper connection to our CRM (Salesforce)
