12 month Fashion PR & Communications Internship

ZOE Communications are looking for an intern to join our team, assisting in day-to- day tasks whilst gaining experience of working in a fast paced environment. The candidate must have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, whilst having willingness to work as part of the team and be able to communicate clearly. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest to gain experience in Fashion PR and Events, and learn about the day-to-day tasks within this industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Sample management: send outs, tracking and returns
• Responsible for monitoring press & all clients social media channels on a daily basis and putting together press/social clippings for our clients
• Assisting the team on presentations and research
• Managing the running of and visual merchandising of the showroom
• Co-ordinating all press requests on a daily basis and inputting into analysis reports
• Working on weekly blast outs
• Supporting the team on all internal and external agency events by researching, organising and documenting team ideas
• Administration

SKILLS & REQUIRMENTS:

• Previous intern experience in Fashion / PR / Communications role
• Knowledge of how to use Fashion GPS system a benefit but not essential
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment & word to daily deadlines
