Your primary responsibility is to support the sales team with all topics relating to data and CRM. This position is a Fixed term contract for 12 months.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years experience in a Sales Operations or Business Analyst role.
  • Have a strong knowledge of sales systems and sales operations.
  • A good understanding of Salesforce products. Knowledge of Confluence and other sales tools would be beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Fluent English is essential. Any additional European languages would be positively viewed.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As Sales Operations Manager, you will work with the New Business team to track performance, analyse results and compile insights to present to a variety of stakeholders from across the business.
  • You will gain a strong understanding of the sales process and work to ensure compliance while identifying any inefficiencies, technical or otherwise, and driving and implementing best practices solutions. You will provide suggestions for any tool enhancements needed by the New Business team and should suggest areas where automation could be introduced where possible.
  • You analyse sales team performance vs targets and forecasts, understand the root causes for over or under performance, taking into consideration a variety of factors including marketing activities, market trends and so on. You prepare clear, concise performance commentary, providing leadership with insights on where to focus their attention.
  • You ensure that our CRM data is up-to-date and regularly review it for consistency
