HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

Within our Business Services Unit in Coldrerio/Switzerland, the candidate will be in charge of digital project management with growing autonomy and being responsible of following tasks

What you can expect:

• Project and portfolio management of local projects and related PM community coordination (es. Quality Inspections, e-Commerce web site etc.);
• Business Analysis and Low Code development of software Robots in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team including the maintenance, business continuity and Robot orchestrating;
• Active member and contributor of the HUGO BOSS Group RPA Community;
• Digital Transformation of integrated process within the Business Services area;
• Development of initiatives in the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning area for the Supply Chain (e.g. Chatbot application);
• Development of business cases and results presentation to support the management strategies.

Your profile:

• Have at least 2 years' experience in similar role developed in International Companies with a project management consolidated mindset and methodology;
• Have a strong PM background (PMI standard, Agile, Design Thinking, Change Management...) and business process management and reporting knowledge;
• Have RPA (Robotic Process Automation) competencies and willingness to upgrade;
• Be fluent in English;
• Show the attitude to manage complex and multilevel projects and relations inside and outside the Company, as well as negotiation and persuasiveness capability;
• Have a strong team working, networking attitude and high organizational skills with ability to work by objective;
