Financial Controller (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Take full ownership of the internal budgeting process at aeyde (definition, tracking, controlling and steering)
• Work with the management team and the individual departments to create cost transparency and enable the team to achieve their targets within budget
• Support the further development of our business case and roll-out a monthly budget vs. actual process (PL, BS, CF)
• Contribute to building a scalable Accounting & Controlling infrastructure with a focus on transparency, speed, automation and compliance
• Play a pivotal role in guiding our accounting team to success and assist the team with the monthly and yearly closing
• Work closely with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams and report directly to the CFO
• Support the team in cross-functional internal projects of high strategic relevance
• Ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of all internal and external reporting

YOUR PROFILE

• > 3 years of relevant work experience (Audit, Controlling, Corporate Finance) in a fast-paced environment 
• University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Economics)
• Advanced modelling skills in Excel / Google Sheets are a must
• Solid understanding of the key finance KPIs and financial statements
• Previous experience with Oracle Netsuite / Datev is a strong plus
• Previous experience with the latest generation of business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) is a plus
• Very strong quantitative analytical skills and confident handling large datasets 
• Well-structured and organized way of working
• Clear, efficient and friendly in verbal as well as written communication (fluent English)
• Fashion/ e-commerce experience is a strong plus
