(Senior) Business Analyst (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Improve the analysis and planability of our main KPIs across the entire organisation (Product, Marketing, Sales)
• Play a crucial role in the design and roll-out of our Planning & Reporting Landscape
• Support the translation of our overall business case into team specific targets and KPIs that allow the company to reach its commercial goals 
• Build-out a one-stop-shop for planning & reporting tools, ad-hoc analysis and analytical support for the teams
• Work closely with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams and report directly to the CFO
• Support the team in cross-functional internal projects of high strategic relevance
• Ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of all internal and external reporting

YOUR PROFILE

• > 3 years of relevant work experience (FP&A, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting) in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Start-ups, E-commerce, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking)
• University degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering)
• Advanced modelling skills in Excel / Google Sheets are a must
• Solid understanding of the typical e-commerce and finance KPIs
• Previous experience with the latest generation of business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) is a strong plus
• Comfortable using SQL is a plus
• Very strong quantitative analytical skills and confident handling large datasets 
• Well-structured and organized way of working
• Clear, efficient and friendly in verbal as well as written communication (fluent English)
• Fashion/ e-commerce experience is a strong plus
