We are looking for a strong and detailed-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team! The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in being able to keep pace in a highly fluid, ever-changing and highly collaborative environment. We're responsible for driving growth across the company and ensuring an all-around best-in-class experience in the recruiting process. You will serve as a brand ambassador and play a critical role on this team.

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Coordinate complex candidate interviews and accommodations as needed
  • Book candidate travel and hotel accommodations
  • Manage, quality check, and maintain data integrity in our ATS
  • Run reports as needed
  • Create and manage the offer process
  • Initiate candidate backgrounds via DataFacts
  • Post new requisitions on our Careers Page, social media, and various job boards 
  • Act as a first point of contact for applicant and new hire inquiries
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager
  • Manage candidate reimbursements as needed
  • Highly organized with experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
  • Help drive recruiting projects and programs including employment branding initiatives and talent outreach/events
  • Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and processes

What You Bring To The Role
  • 2-4 years in a talent or recruiting environment with a background in administrative work
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in an ATS - Greenhouse experience preferred
  • Experience in G-Suite desired
  • Must be flexible, have a strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excessive attention to detail with a can-do attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Have an analytical mindset and have a track record of being a self-directed problem solver
  • Be a team player and have a sense of humor
