WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Several years of professional experience and proven track record within E-Commerce Business; first experience in leading teams is a plus
  • You are reliable and deliver what you promise. You are a trusted partner for your stakeholder while keeping the balance between daily business and projects, where you ensure goals are set and deadlines are met accordingly
  • Innovation is your greatest passion, you always questioning the status quo, optimize the resources and the outcome ratio while evolving processes and setting priorities for you and your team
  • You are empathic and remain calm under pressure; thereby you always ensure a good team atmosphere
  • You are fluent in German and English and enjoy working with international teams and customers


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Being the lead for one of our teams responsible for providing tailored software solutions and services, enabling brands and retailers to distribute their assortment direct-to-consumer on digital sales channels
  • Transfering strategic management decisions into the operative business, communicating these to your team and passing on correspondingly derived tasks to your team member
  • Acting as a role model for the team handling your own accounts and being the first point of contact as well as escalation contact for the team
  • Ensuring efficiency across the team in our joint projects, having full transparency about initiatives and the respective project steps. You successfully bring automation and customer satisfaction under one denominator and promote both
  • Making your success measurable while working against KPIs with your team, monitoring closely the Time-to-online, Go-Live-Numbers, and GMV, identifying time killers that hinder us from scaling up, and defining measures to maximize REV of your target group
