As a Senior Data Analyst in our Predictive Buying team, you will build on your analytical skills to create insights that will help optimize the buying for our platform. You will consult and support our commercial stakeholders, analyse data sources for correctness and completeness, create hypotheses for building modeling, define baselines using analytical approaches to increase the efficiency and accuracy of decision making. You will also be responsible for ensuring the model output is analysed against the baseline and calculate the impact of the solution. You indulge in story telling and bring in clarity to leaders on the benefits which the modelling solution brings in.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Consult our commercial teams on their data and analytical needs, while providing accurate and insightful on-the-point data analyses
  • Build and proof your hypotheses on how the assortment can influence our commercial success
  • Collaborate closely with our product managers and data scientists to develop and test new ideas and concepts
  • Figure out correct data source for our analysis and ensure their data quality
  • Analysing and visualizing the data to figure out meaningful correlations
  • Creating success metrics to evaluate / explain prediction outcomes
  • Monitor the changes in our data models accuracy / prediction outcomes by time
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • A university degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable subject
  • You are an expert with 5+ years of experience in data analytics
  • Prior experience in Machine Learning projects (preferably in qualitative / quantitative predictions) is great to have
  • You work effortlessly with big data volumes, SQL and Python is part of your daily work
  • You can communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • You can teach and mentor others
