Sleepwear Design Intern

Dreamwear is a leading wholesale intimate apparel and sleepwear company, working with brands such as Danskin, Nicole Miller, Marilyn Monroe, and XOXO. We are seeking a creative and skilled Sleepwear Design Intern for Fall 2021 who can work 16-24hrs per week, assisting with these responsibilities:

• Prep meeting samples
• Work on production detail sheets
• Assist the designers on flat sketching / trend research. 
• Create trend boards
• Make / match color cards
• File and organize colors and fabrics 

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Fashion Design program
• Must be able to commit to at least 2 full days, Monday-Friday (Please note, our teams are working in the office, so you must be able to commute to mid-town Manhattan)
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Excel
• Previous internship experience preferred 
• Positive attitude, team player, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
