Why JOOR:

What You'll Do

  • Conducting sales process from initial prospecting, product demos to negotiating and closing for small to medium size brands and retailers
  • Securing contracts with China-based brands, meeting monthly sales targets with track record of overachievement 
  • Implementing sales pipelines on a quarterly basis through outbound efforts (cold emailing, attending targeted tradeshows such as Shanghai Fashion Week)
  • Establishing meaningful and lasting relationships with Senior Executives, decision makers and new prospect clients
  • Pursuing new business leads

What We're Looking For 

We're looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team. Please submit all resumes in English! 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in Simplified Chinese and English (written and spoken) required
  • 2+ years of experience managing China-based brands or accounts required
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales or customer success work experience in fashion and apparel tradeshows, showrooms or China-based brands preferred
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams a plus
  • A proactive, consultative account manager
  • An ability to handle difficult upselling and reselling conversations 
  • A scrappy go-getter  
  • Additional language skills preferred
