Job Title: Coordinator, Production Planning & Logistics

Primary Purpose:
Position is responsible for the daily monitoring of the Work-in-Progress (WIP) at each service provider to assure compliance with company standards and on-time execution and delivery of production plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generation, distribution and maintenance of purchase orders to service providers as required by production plans.
- Initiation and monitoring of financial process (i.e., LCs, A/P, A/S raw material debit notes, re-ticketing invoices) for all service providers.
- Coordination and effective communication with other business partners regarding production delivery issues and requirements.
- Preparation and presentation of WIP status reports on a regular basis as required.
- Monitoring of service provider production schedules on a regular basis to address and communicate issues in order to assure timely delivery of production.
- Work with Logistics and Distribution to expedite shipments as needed.
- Maintenance of data integrity within production system (SAP) based on current WIP status from service providers.
- Work on special projects, as directed.

Skills and Abilities Required
- Must be comfortable working in Excel- knowledge of VLOOKUP and pivot tables is required.
- Detail Oriented and ability to perform efficiently in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.

Education and Experience
- H.S. diploma, college degree preferred.
- 3 years' experience in an international manufacturing environment required.
- Proficiency in the following computer softwares (Excel, Word, SAP a big plus).
