Totême is looking for a Junior Buyer to join the team in Stockholm. As Junior Buyer you will give analytical, operational and clerical support while providing key insights about Totême’s assortment performance. You will be part of the rapidly growing buying department, working closely with the team to ensure the right buying quantity in all of Totême’s own sales channels (online and in store). You will also assist the Buying Manager with planning to align the buying strategy with the launch schedules.

The role 

  • Create and maintain buying templates, spreadsheets and records with all product information
  • Administer order placing in all systems
  • Follow the selling in the different markets and provide insights on new tendencies and learnings on customer preferences
  • Deliver buying overviews and presentations to the highest standards
  • Manage and create weekly selling reports as well as seasonal collection evaluations
  • Assist with inventory planning – monitor stock levels and help organize and administer stock swaps between the warehouses
  • Assist the Buyer with creating seasonal markdown plans
  • Assist the Buying Manager with planning to align the buying strategy with the launch schedule
  • Market analysis and research – keep up to date on competitors and trends and share insights with the team

Your profile

  • Experience from a buying role within the fashion industry (preferred)
  • Experience from working within ecommerce (preferred)
  • An understanding of ecommerce and supply chain management
  • A skilled user of Excel/Google Sheets
  • A skilled creator of presentations and overviews
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the fashion industry, from market trends to product details
