Head of Global Retail Performance (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Head of Global Retail Performance (m/f/d) to define and continuously further develop the retail strategy of HUGO BOSS.

What you can expect:

  • Define and continuously further develop an innovative and competitive retail strategy for our global distribution network
  • Pro-actively identify and leverage new business potentials and drive indepently projects to improve the transparency on business performance
  • Enhance performance review processes to drive global retail performance / progess
  • Key interface for regional retail management to align and implement global retail strategy
  • Consolidate market requirements and develop the related business concepts for the strategic process optimization accordingly, always in line with the Hugo Boss specific needs
  • Consult business teams how to optimize performance based on Key Performance Indicators and planning data in alignment with technical tools
  • Translate market, competitor and customer insights into growth measures and activities
  • Refine and implement governance of strategic framework to ensure the implementation of the derived retail strategy measures
  • Promote/use a broad range of analytical tasks (e.g. quantitative and qualitative research, competitor and customer analysis) to evaluate a diverse range of retail strategic matters and provide fact-base for decisions


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed Master/MBA or comparable
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Retail Performance, including proven track record focussing on the definition and realization of relevant KPIs
  • Previous experience in the Fashion and Luxury Industry
  • Profound understanding of Retail practices and processes
  • Proven leaderships skills and willing approach to change
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyse and present data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is required)
