About the role

·

Design & develop Sourcing Analytics metrices to help the GIS & Brands Team leverage data

·

Build and Maintain Data Warehouse / Reporting systems / Dashboards

·

Navigate through large volume of datasets, derive powerful insights and recommendations

·

Conduct data analysis and deliver insights with minimal supervision

·

Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates

Who you are

·

Excellent Command over Advanced MS-Excel along with ability to develop advanced level of macros

·

Mindset for Continuous optimization / Automation of data related processes

·

Analytical skills to derive key insights & their impact to the business

·

Experience with data warehousing tools like SQL Server, Access

·

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R Studio, etc.

·

Monitor data feeds to catch and correct issues, and enforce data best practices

·

Proactively recognize important data anomalies and outliers for further investigation

• Translate insights for LT & fast-pace CFTs with multiple stakeholders through meaningful dashboards

Ability to effectively & clearly communicate through the art of story-telling

·

Strong written and oral communication and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

•

4+ years of business-based analytics / technology experience

•

Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

•

Analytics / Consulting experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
