Job Title: Analyst, Digital Reporting

Primary Purpose:
The Analyst will be responsible for executing reporting and altering capabilities to fuel the growth of Tapestry's e-commerce properties internationally. This role will report to the Manager of Digital Reporting, which supports all of the Digital Operations for all Tapestry brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for build-out of reporting for all brands which delivers information, insight, and recommendations to optimize Tapestry's overall business, with heavy emphasis on e-commerce. The analyst will also work on ad hoc and deep dive analyses for our internal customers, primarily brand and Digital teams, giving them data-driven insight into improving our business.

- Execute reporting and analysis across the organization to understand daily website health
- Closely working with IT partners in Data Labs and Business Intelligence to build and provide brand teams with visualization tools for performance dashboards
- Partnering with brand and product teams to capture requirements for business success
- Creating custom alerts for the customers journey to proactively find issues
- Use clickstream, user behavior, and conversion patterns to identify potential issues intraday
- Provide guidance to cross-functional partners and global counterparts on web analytics best practices to maintain alignment across Tapestry brands and regions
- Provide analytic support to measure sales performance, analyze promotional results

The accomplished individual will possess...
- Bachelor's degree prefered
- 1-3 years of web analytics experience required
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Understanding of digital platforms, technologies, and marketing
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, visualizations, etc)
- Knowledge of SQL and databases
- Experience working with visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, DOMO, Datastudio)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager a strong plus
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
- Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
