The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team and hit the ground running at a thriving, fast-growing UK-based fashion brand.
This key role is responsible for:
- The implementation of brand marketing strategies through the development and delivery of the annual marketing plan
- To successfully lead and manage the brief, concept and delivery of all brand marketing campaigns for both new and existing customers
- To generate increased awareness of the brand and traffic in all channels with a priority on digital
- To proactively lead, manage and develop the Marketing Team
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure full functional synchronisation with the overall company strategy - markets, products and messages
- Proposing & planning all launches campaigns and events
- Planning the rollout of seasonal and ad-hoc campaigns across all channels and ensuring all stakeholders are in the loop
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the audience and market
- Research customer data to provide clear customer insight
- Branding - ensuring consistency in how brand devices are used, and what the brand looks like
- For each campaign, responsibility for the brief, concept and content development (working together with and taking direction from the creative team
- Implement and oversee the execution of global marketing campaigns via all media channels
- Develop and manage advertising, agency and media partnerships
- Managing and working effectively with external partners and agencies as and when required
- Define brand KPI's for each marketing program, monitors and assesses them (ROI, brand awareness, brand tracking)
- Develop individual country or regional marketing plans
- Internal communication of key marketing initiatives
- Build both new consumers and increased loyalty with existing customers
- Develop and deliver ever-more effective trade marketing support, to outlets and wholesale in particular
- Increasing support provided for store events
- Create and manage the communications schedule for the Marketing team.
- Develop social media strategy with the social media manager
- Budget management and accountability
- Directly responsible for the P&L of the marketing budget
