The Team

The European Retail Brick & Mortar team oversees the supply chain for the European stores (Full Price, Outlet, Concession, Franchise) for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The team drives merchandise planning strategies, builds ranges and collections, buys and produces collections for outlet and special capsules for full price, manages the product flow, in-season management and drives strategies to evolve an omni-channel consumer journey. Across both brands the teams scopes 530+ O&O stores more than 950M Euro net turnover, and 1.000+ Shop-in-shops delivering 140+ net turnover. The team environment is dynamic, open and respectful.

The Commercial team is responsible for driving the strategic plan to continue the evolution of an omni-channel consumer journey. Leading and defining the ideas and tools in collaboration with all key departments and stakeholders from Europe PVH to the markets. With the main focus on delivering a consumer engaging experience, from the start of their brand journey through digital & social media to our bricks & mortar stores. From online to offline, building brand awareness, brand loyalty and ultimately driving sales performance and increase all KPI'S.

The Position

In this role you will strategically be connected and collaborate with the European Full Price, Outlet & OMNI Channel Retail departments. You will also build and drive a strong partnership with the markets who are operationally responsible in delivering a brand consumer experience. Working alongside the OMNI Channel Transformation, VM & Windows, Store Concept, Merchandising and Marketing teams to align the consumer facing journey where Physical meets Digital.

Your main contribution is to manage the physical aspects of the Full Price and Outlet consumer journey, aligning storytelling in stores, driving visual strategies and evolve digital services. Whilst creating strong partnership on field execution across the stores within PVH Europe brands TH & CK. Franchise stores need to be incorporated in the way the brands and stores evolve. The consumer experience should be smooth and brand-on between and across the store channels whether it is Full Price, Outlet, SIS and Franchise. In addition, you will partner closely with local country teams on driving consumer engagement, KPI's, ultimately increasing sales per square meter results and brand loyalty. In parallel, you will also partner closely with various stakeholders on setting premium direction and deliver the following key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and form strong partnerships to bridge all aspects of delivering an engaging brand consumer journey. Collaborating with Creative Services (Store Concept & Visual Merchandising) OMNI Channel transformation, Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations and Planning team to support overall Full Price & Outlet strategy
  • Drive where Physical meets Digital in our stores, defining alignment needs to an offline and online consumer journey, delivering a red thread / 360 approach to a brand experience
  • Omnichannel - drive enhancement of consumer awareness and experience within stores, connecting the bricks & mortar consumer journey with Digital.
  • Drive and partner with field teams/markets on implementation of key projects, consumer incentives, store openings and trainings to boost the brand loyalty, consumer experience and sales results. Influence the innovation within the (Premium) Full Price & Outlet doors targeting a more inspirational and impactful brand environment with the customer top of mind
  • Partner with the markets and other regional teams to leverage best practices and lead the region to drive all of PVH Full Price & Outlet business objectives
  • Influence a store environment focused on an experience, consumer interaction & engagement through staff, digital, local connection and create a hub that consumers desire to visit.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of the retail landscape & understanding of consumer needs
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset to evolve the 360 consumer experience
  • Creative & Commercial VM, Product & Marketing background within similar retail environment(s)
  • Proven track record of delivering results, people management & project management
  • Strong fashion affinity and knowledge/awareness of the retail industry
  • Excellent communication skills, command of English language (written & spoken)
  • Strong planning, organizational skills, ability to multi task
  • Ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to realization, inspire others
  • Ability to manage and multi-task between projects and work streams
  • Ability to delegate and follow-up with a good sense of people judgment
