This is an extremely attractive role for a candidate with excellent organisation skills, who is passionate about delivering great customer service. A successful candidate will be joining a fast growing and international company in its office/warehouse in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding assistance to customer enquiries to sisterjane.com and ghospell.com such as:
    • Advising customers on products and fit questions
    • General ordering enquiries
    • Delivery queries
    • Issue resolution
       
  • Offer general support to the E-commerce Team and the fulfilment activities in Amsterdam when required:
    • Provide assistance on online product merchandising
    • Provide support to other stock related administrative duties
    • Support preparation and shipment of wholesale orders
    • Act as main point of contact with couriers to resolve delivery issues

       

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience delivering first-class customer service but verbally and in writing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding command of the English language, spoken and written
  • Very organised, passionate and driven to deliver outstanding results
  • Interest in e-commerce, wholesale and operations
  • Attention to detail
  • Self starter and capable of working independently
  • Have a positive can-do attitude, is flexible and keen to work with and contribute to a dynamic team where support is required
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Package
