This role will be focused on supporting the senior management team to take the company into an unprecedented and significant period of profit growth. It will require you to find and win new business and report to the CEO yet have a high degree of autonomy. This is a role for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager who is experienced in working and utilise various departments to generate significant new revenue in the short, mid and long-term, extract maximal revenue from current streams and has the ability to confidently drive client and brand partnerships. You will think like the founder of a start-up and manage the business relationships whilst gaining new business to increase company revenue/profits. We are looking for a smart marketer who has a background in Marketing, PR and Sales. You should be holding your own black book and be confident to introduce your key contacts to the brand. Full time / Part-time can be discussed. The successful candidate will be reporting to the CEO.


  • Ensure personal and company sales targets are met month on month
  • Work closely with the Clinical Client Concierge to manage the existing ambassador scheme and trading services
  • Utilise our existing ambassadors to reach sales targets and cultivate new relationships with key players within the luxury sector to grow your network
  • Work with the wider management team to successfully find new B2B collaborations to increase brand value and revenue streams
  • Plan and manage events to increase brand value, drive acquisition and increase overall sales
  • Develop partnerships with other organisations and key players in the luxury sector in order to exceed KPIs
  • Be creative when finding new business partners and have a solution orientated attitude
  • Drive Marketing & PR campaigns in line with overall brand strategy
  • Represent the brand at all times

Skills & Education

  • The ideal candidate will have the following skill set and experience and should ideally have a black book of strong contacts within the luxury sector:
  • A KPI driven individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing & Business Development
  • University Degree or certification in Marketing 
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills
  • Good understanding of the market for corporate and private events on a global scale
  • A flexible and collaborative style, with a naturally consultative approach
  • Comes from a Luxury background or at least familiar with, Preferably, experience within the luxury industries and has worked with HNW global events
  • Come with past experience in luxury sector and keen understanding of luxury client attributes, needs and expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills‚ ability to liaise confidently with external partners, clients, colleagues and managers
  • Be very well organised and proactive
  • Sound business instinct and highly motivated to reach KPIs
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and meeting deliverables
  • Inter-cultural sensitivity
  • English speaking essential
  • 5+ years of experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite; focus on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • General use of office tools and Google Docs will be a bonus to the role
