Buying Admin Assistant - 12 month internship

This is a new role to the Theory European Business, the primary function of this role is ensuring a smooth operation of inventory movement and ordering process across the business to support growth. This involves strong attention to detail, acquiring product knowledge and communicating effectively with teams.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Buying Support

• Responsibility of order entry process on seasonal sales order and stock movement
• Ensure that orders are inputted accurately in the agreed format, to agreed timescales
• Liaise with headquarter order entry team to ensure shipment schedule and updates
• Reporting on sales figures and merchandising performance on a style level
• Launch Planning and Support
• Analysis of sales figures and merchandising performance on a style level
• Order book management and seasonal training support

Inventory Management

• Planning stock allocation for each store
• Organizing stock transfers and movement within the business
• Stock replenishment and consolidation with understanding to maximize full price sales and demonstrating knowledge of stores
• Analysis of sales figures and merchandising performance on a style level
• Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, system-entry and reporting

Required

• Recent Graduates considered
• A passion for the world of fashion
• Strong organizational and numerical skills, attention to detail
• Communicate effectively
• Strong IT skills - including intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Knowledge in retail and E-commerce environment is a plus
