About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for overall administration support to the senior leaders on the Strategic Growth Office team. You will be responsible for overall operations of each executive: calendar management, milestone meetings, email support, travel arrangements, complete expense reports and additional tasks/projects required.

What you'll do

  • Use independent, proactive judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with humble confidence and a professional and proactive lens.
  • Play a supporting role to the teams - including problem-solving, project management, onboarding of new team members.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Calendar management, maintaining and ordering office supplies and equipment, processing expense reports, scheduling and planning meetings, file maintenance (physical and electronic), and on occasion making travel arrangements.
  • Apply knowledge, experience and skills from substantial experience in administrative support role to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Efficiently and effectively performs daily work with little instruction. Manages assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.
  • Manage multiple tasks/projects, concurrently, with tight deadlines.


Who you are

  • Demonstrated experience and success in administrative support to a multi-member team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional ability to prioritize goals and responsibilities while effectively communicating and building partnerships with all levels of management
  • Proficient and advanced computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience in customer service and/or a high-pressure, multitask environment
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively address challenges and improve team efficiency; comfortable learning unfamiliar topics.
