Job Description

We are currently seeking a Merchandising Assistant who will report to General Merchandising Manager, China as part of our dynamic team in China.

ROLE

You will assist daily work of planning department with focus on reporting and data analysis to provide the team with daily/weekly sales and stock report, ad hoc data consolidation to be shared with Planners to come up with sales target by department/ by stores.

MISSION
  • Compose weekly, seasonal, and each ad hoc business recaps that shows analysis of financial performance;
  • Maintain master data for carryover plan and outlet related reports;
  • Consolidation of key information for the team.
  • Execute seasonal price events in the system for both DOS and OUTLET Channels whether needed;
  • Launch of PDs
  • Take care the stock of Dos & Outlet stores, monitor the carryover products with health stock;
  • Balancing the carryover stock within stores monthly;
  • Fulfill store request timely on weekly basis;
  • On track with the outlet performance, work closely with outlet SD to obtain outlet performance;


PROFILE
  • Education background: Bachelor's degree and above;
  • Working experience: 1 year or above;
  • Familiar with OFFICE software, especially the application of EXCEL related functions and dialysis data table;
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, writing;
  • Have strong ability of inventory data summary and analysis.
  • Integrated planning & analytical skill, good communication & coordination. Flexible and able to work under pressure.
