An exciting new opportunity has arisen in the Digital team for an Instagram Coordinator to be responsible for the management of the Dover Street Market London Instagram account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and post engaging and relevant Instagram content, by generating creative concepts in partnership with the Digital Design team for key campaigns that reflect DSM brand values and story telling
  • Strong copywriting skills and experience in creating compelling captions for Instagram
  • Proficient at using Insights and analytics to inform the best way to communicate stories
  • Leverage historical data, customer feedback and upcoming trends to develop strategies to grow the DSM following
  • Manage account DM’s and queries in a timely manner, liaising with the relevant teams when necessary (E-SHOP Customer Service, PR & Communications etc)
  • Work alongside the Junior Graphic Designer and other teams in different territories to coordinate, review and publish web updates.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports to show account performance including likes/views, product click-throughs, follower increase and overall engagement.
  • Keep on top of social media trends and actively search for opportunities to engage our audience.
  • Actively contribute to customer services monitoring, working with E-SHOP CS team when needed
  • Assist with general content production

Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years professional experience managing a brand/company social media channel, preferably from a Fashion / Retail background
  • A passion for social media and DSM, with an eagerness to share new trends in the social and digital marketing space
  • Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop / InDesign with a keen interest in photography and imagery
  • A solid understanding of all key Social Media platforms, with a focus on Facebook Manager and Instagram
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to schedule a seamless content posting lifecycle
  • Excellent attention to detail and verbal/written communication and copywriting skills
  • Flexibility around evenings and weekend with a good understanding of the 24/7 nature of the digital space.
