Title: Manager, Lifestyle Buying Lead, North America
Location: New York, New York
Primary Purpose: Strategic, operational Omni channel leader for North America Retail focusing on Footwear and Ready-to-Wear. Key role in influencing with Buying, Allocation and Global Merchandise Planning.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy/Product
- Build strategy to drive lifestyle business in NA, identifying key growth opportunities based on analytics of product performance, customer feedback, consumer trend, competitive landscape and local market knowledge
- Provide direction to NY Global Merchandising team to develop product ideas that support customer needs for your market.
- Partner with Marketing, Product Knowledge, Visual Merchandising and Store Operations teams to create synergies among all consumer touch points
- Partner with field team to solicit qualitative feedback on product, customers, store environments & competition
Business Analysis
- Analysis from weekly selling reports, customer analytics, and store visits, -- generating actions to maximize business opportunities
- Partner with GMP to drive OTB to meet financial targets and productivity metrics at the SKU level for performance, sales, inventory, receipt and margin goals
- Partner with Global Merchandising Planning to drive quarterly buys to meet financial targets and maximize North America opportunities
- Build and maintain assortment tools and sku counts
- Partner with Global Merchandise Planning to help Manage SKU lifecycle from adoption to delete, react to in season sales to determine go forward strategy
- Lead presentations of the category performance to the Executive Team.
Marketing
- Partner with Marketing, Global Merchandise Planning, and Ecom to influence monthly product features and big ideas - translate to Marketing and Web in order to drive content across customer touchpoints
- Partner closely with Marketing team to determine events and sales promotion activities that support product investments
- Provide product knowledge for Field Service Training to present to accounts and shop staff

Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. required
- Minimum 6-7years of Merchandising, Buying, or Planning experience required
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized, ability to multi-task
- Team player with a focus on collaboration
- Highly skilled in Excel, Powerpoint, and proficient learner of planning and buying systems required
