The Team

The Omnichannel Development, Controlling & Business Operations department formalizes the omnichannel strategy, drives the development of associated business processes & consumer services as well as leading their operational implementation. The department is also in charge of evaluating the business and financial performance of the omnichannel business.

In more detail, the Expansion team supports the organization to implement new operational tools & omnichannel capabilities to our stores across different channels to improve our consumers and staff experience. The team work very closely with Product, Analytics & Operations teams to deploy successfully projects across Europe for Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein as well as with our different European markets.

The Position

The Senior Omnichannel Project Specialist position reports into the Omnichannel Expansion Manager and will be responsible for driving the go-to-market for CRM, loyalty & personalization projects. In more detail the role is about:

Responsibilities
  • Drive the project preparation and implementation of a new in-store services (e.g. Clienteling) in our European markets in collaboration with CRM & product teams towards maximum added value, including senior stakeholder management
  • Define go-to-market approach for this service or tool as well as create an implementation plan to support deployment and ensure the maximum impact and performance to market, staff & consumer engagement
  • Be the market SPOC for loyalty / personalization tools in HQ
  • Drive business requirements definition and define store processes for new loyalty / personalization features/services

The Ideal Candidate description:
  • Approximately 4 - 6 years' relevant experience, including 3 years managing complex projects from scoping to delivery with various stakeholders
  • Working experience in D2C Loyalty or personalization is preferred
  • Strong PowerPoint skill
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks while looking for ways to improve current processes
  • Flexible: comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
  • University degree in Business or equivalent
  • Open, charismatic and winning personality to be able to handle various stakeholders across the organization and to communicate successfully with stakeholders across levels and cultures
