Fiorucci is looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to join its growing ecommerce team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital and the customer. The role will be pivotal in the way the brand communicates with new and existing customers across digital marketing channels.


The successful candidate will be a key role in the ecommerce team for The role will be responsible for implementing the digital acquisition and retention strategies, managing global marketing campaigns and optimising lead conversion. 

The committed and organised individual will implement the strategy, alongside the Senior eCommerce Manager, with the brand’s sales and marketing goals in mind whilst applying their technical knowledge on CRM and eCommerce systems.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels
  • Develop and implement CRM strategy for different customer segments to improve customer retention and LTV
  • Manage our digital marketing agency to define strategy and implement and optimise campaigns
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth, manage budgets and report on ROI for campaigns
  • Apply knowledge and experience to improve business processes
  • Assess current CRM to improve and advocate new CRM opportunities, products and services
  • Lead on the requirements, integration and configuration of new CRM systems and channels as and when required

Skills and experience required: 

  • 3+ years’ experience of working within Digital Marketing
  • Budget management experience
  • Previous experience of CRM strategy development and implementation
  • Previous experience with CRM automated workflows, campaign set-up and optimisation
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar CMS 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in website measurement tools
  • Experience in developing and managing digital marketing channels and campaigns across paid search, display, social, affiliates and email
  • Knowledge of databases including SQL & MS Access and compatible reporting tools 
  • Understand programming technologies such as Visual Basic, Java Script, and Visual Basic Script. HTML and XML/XSLT 
  • Understand programming concepts including the integration of XML into other applications 
  • Knowledge and experience of business system integrations
  • Be proactive in keeping up to date with emerging CRM and eCommerce technologies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a small but ambitious team
  • Highly organised individual with great project management skills who is able to manage their own workload and priorities
