Sr. Manager of Operations

Purpose and Objective: AMIRI is looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our growing operations team. 

What you’ll deliver:

• Assess daily inventory levels and open order allocations to ensure appropriate supply/demand matching
• Appropriately track and maintain delivery schedules and order flow to the warehouse
• Work closely with warehouse/3PL manager to understand and project capacity requirements and timeliness 
• Manage gifting and promotion inventory movement and ensure process integrity
• Work with Merchandising and Retail teams to flow weekly replenishment to our internal web and retail channels
• Organize end of season stock and coordinate inventory availability  
• Manage overseas deliveries and logistics flow via Freight Forwarder and small parcel partners 

What you’ll offer:

• 2-4 years of experience working in apparel/soft goods operations 
• 2-4 years of experience working with 3PLs and projecting inbound and outbound capacity needs
• 1-3 years of experience using ERP systems for order management and inventory tracking
• 1-3 years of experience with global logistics, freight-forwarders, or customs compliance

Nice to have, preferred but not required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of Full Circle ERP system
