Overview and purpose of role:

As an Elite Sales for Christian Louboutin, you are an integral part of our team, and you are ‘best in class’ in Sales.

You are the Lead Sales on the floor, demonstrating best practice and leading by example at all times with your fellow colleagues. You are naturally ambitious, driven by service and results.

Your main objective in the boutique or concession, will be to create, build and develop an exceptional level of clientele loyalty with VIP and Elite clients.

You will actively source and recruit new clients and will work to foster the existing relationships you have. Partnering with the management team in your location, you will create and develop a strong client strategy. The strategy will focus on elevating the relationships and service with our top clients in your location and ensure you can drive results in the most effective manner.

Key Responsibilities of role:

Expert Sales Results

Creatively, identify opportunities to recruit high potential, VIP clients for the brand. Establish and continuously develop a portfolio of clients at Elite and VIC level reporting back to your manager as required monthly. Building as relevant an action plan for each client. Hold at least 3 121 VIP client appointments each week to ensure you are developing your client’s loyalty. Your success in this area will be measured by your results. Depending on your location, you will have a sales target of 1.5M Euros every year. amount will be revised by location and each year)  


Assist the management team to creative new and inventive on brand events and content to drive client loyalty and build networks. In the initial stages of event set up and development propose to the management team and business the corresponding clients – aligning their interests to the event or launch/activity as required. Ensuring effective follow up following an event to understanding key learnings, changes required and results. In conjunction with following up with the clients to build long term and trusted relationships. When attending VIP events, support the event fully and network optimising this opportunity to recruit and develop new clients. In collaboration with the management team and Retail Operations team, work closely to identify both internal and external opportunities for events & Private Client Relations activities. Always keeping existing and new client engagement at the forefront of what you do.  Brand Ambassador

As an Elite Sales you are viewed as best in class. Possess and share your exceptional knowledge and passion about our brand vision, story and product. Act with integrity, professional at all times and lead by example. Be supportive and coach your fellow colleagues to be aligned with your strategies and approaches in partnership with the management team. Represent the brand at all times with integrity and care. Live our core values at all times. Internally or externally representing the brand in as many public/store events and activities, in order to promote our brand image, DNA and core values.  Knowledge and Procedures

You are the expert. Demonstrate your expert knowledge in every product category and collection. Take a keen interest in the inspiration and craftmanship behind each product and story and actively seek to share and drive engagement in the brand through your clients. As much as you are expected to be a Sale expert, you must also lead by example back of house and ensure you have full generalist knowledge of the operations of your boutique or concession. Ensure Christian Louboutin standards are always applied and maintained in visual merchandising, client experience overall and back of house processes and procedures.  Skills and Requirements:


-                     Outstanding sparkling sense of customer service, and client centric.


-                     Business acumen and commercial in approach


-                     Ability to use initiative and be creative in approach


-                     Exceptional fashion knowledge and ‘expert’ in the field


-                     Previous experience in Luxury with a proven client record and portfolio.


-                     Excellent communication and relationship building skills


-                     Curiosity and agility in approach, being dynamic yet respectful of brand guidelines and frameworks


-                     A passion for Christian Louboutin and product obsessed


-                     Fluency in a second language is preferable for this senior sales role.


How will success be measured?

Quite simply, your sales generation to the above annual turnover and your approach and results with building a client network and maintaining it.
