Drive and develop businesses with designated specialty wholesale accounts to meet internal goals and profitability objectives internal and external.


Drive business:
• Drive account bookings/performance through targeted brand positioning and detailed product assortments
• Analyze selling by-style and by-door utilizing applicable account selling reports
• Analyze account stock levels weekly and in-season fulfilment opportunities therein
• Own OTB and financials in partnership with the wholesale planning team
• Own monthly shipping targets for respective accounts
• Lead account activation and marketing efforts

Account management:
• Understand account product needs and build specific assortments by-door/region with buyers/management during market while ensuring a productive assortment is allocated
• Knowledgeable and communicative about competitive performance and trends
• Monitor digital brand representation and pricing guidance is in line with Burberry directive
• Build strong relationships with buyers, planners, owners/managers, personal shoppers and key sellers
• Travel internationally and domestically for market seasons and to understand business opportunities, develop relationships, train and lead key customer facing events

• Partner with accounts to uphold brand momentum and provide store teams with applicable product training/merchandising guidelines to drive in-store performance
• Partner with wholesale planning internal reporting and stock initiatives
• Partner with customer operations in all shipping/operational specifics for designated accounts
• Support Director of Wholesale in communication to UK merchandising team to relay business trends/opportunities and voids within assortments
• Partner with Marketing to execute and track account specific seasonal strategies and initiatives
• Work cross divisionally within wholesale and across retail merchandising to understand and develop action plans by account and regionally

• Oversee sample management process for all wholesale divisions
• Transition of all market orders and any in-season adjustments/financial contributions
• Partner with customer operations to ensure financials/shipping targets are in line with true customer demand and UK guidance
• Support Visual Merchandising with all wholesale retailed projects


  • Wholesale experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Advanced comprehension of luxury fashion and American retail trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal/people skills, ability to establish partnerships with all levels internally and externally
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility.
  • Strong understanding of retail math and the retail environment
  • High proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP a plus.
  • Travel required
