Support Team Lead to create and present Seasonal Product Development Brief to the business, providing trends, costs and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement

Builds relationships and initiates processes with internal and external partners that facilitate cross-functional synergy and collaboration

Supports and initiates cross-category developments, communications and initiatives.

Overseesproduct/techinique innovation
-
Manages and communicates collection changes relating to Design updates, standards, and overall consistency of information.

Anticipates and drives issue resolution and manages up as necessary.

Supports and implements projects and initiatives aimed at improving margins.
