The Team

The Tommy Hilfiger Global & PVH EMEA visual merchandising, display & windows department is a creative hub within Omnichannel organization. This department oversees the creative strategy, Calvin Klein EMEA, and heritage brand and all points of sale. This includes full price retail stores, franchise locations, wholesale shop-in-shops, concession, and outlet channels. The Tommy Hilfiger global team sets global direction and works collaboratively with two other regional hubs in: New York and Hong Kong. To extend this outreach the team is set-up to also support the needs of local markets across Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. This team works in parallel with the global marketing team on development, and execution of product presentation across Tommy Hilfiger global, a 360 concept and consumer messaging approach. The Calvin Klein regional team collaborates with the New York global headquarters on adapted direction to support the EMEA business needs. This includes visual merchandising, campaign roll out, and display strategies across the region. This team works in collaboration with numerous functions across the Omnichannel business as well as local markets. The team environment is collaborative, dynamic, innovative, resourceful, open and respectful.

The Position

The Specialist, VM, Display & Windows Communications TH Global + PVH EMEA reports to the Senior Manager, VM, Display & Windows Communications TH Global + PVH EMEA. Main responsibilities will include ownership of all communication channels to the markets, including development and maintenance of the TH and CK VM & Windows VM App, and aligning all VM tools for country VM teams and stores to access. The role will involve identifying new opportunities to evolve the digital communication strategy whilst coordinating the supply and maintenance of various departmental communication & training tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the VM, Display & Windows communications strategy including the on-time delivery of annual, seasonal, monthly and weekly communication tools for our TH Global and CK EMEA teams in the markets in accordance with the seasonal calendar.
  • Develop and deliver creative, engaging and impactful communications in a timely, consistent and brand-relevant way
  • Coordinate the supply and maintenance of communications & training tools for all channels and markets
  • Collaborate with the communications team to evolve and enhance the communications strategy and contribute to the maintenance of state-of-the-art tools and materials for all markets
  • Maintain communications inboxes, partnering with wider TH and CK VM, Display & Windows team to respond, acting as first point of contact
  • Maintain, optimize and provide user support for the TH + CK VM & Windows app in partnership with the Digital Hub, including creation of inspirational HQ feed content
  • Drive the digitalization of systems and optimization of communications platforms, identifying opportunities to evolve the digital communications strategy
  • Be the pivot point between VM, Display & Windows teams to deliver aligned training materials and toolkits
  • Monitor communications engagement analytics, including post-event reports on success and areas of improvement
  • Proofread seasonal and non-seasonal direction
  • Partner with Events Specialist to provide scripts & narratives for seasonal training materials
  • Participate in department and team projects as needed from both VM & Windows including field support for all channels and the planning of team building events
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders on key projects as required
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience within a Communications role
  • Copywriting experience, preferably in a fashion environment
  • Experience in visual communication and creation of appealing documents/content
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of English language (spoken & written)
  • Good knowledge of MS office and Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Strong knowledge and awareness of digital communications and tools (including social channels, communication platforms)
  • Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task between projects and work streams
  • Relevant experience, proven track record of results
