Our team is growing quickly in both our SF and LA locations and we are hiring across all business functions. We are looking for team members who are equally passionate about what we do and excited about joining the Dolls Kill crew.

We are looking for a versatile self-starter who can think like a marketer and manage content like an editor-in-chief. The right candidate is customer obsessed and will be responsible for leading branded storytelling across our blog. The ideal candidate is innovative, extremely creative, detail-oriented and a great communicator.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional blog and social media content rooted in our brand narratives

• Write and edit content pieces (blog posts, video scripts and more) that are aligned to our content strategy

• Tell stories that challenge, inspire, engage and drive action

• Work cross-functionally with channel marketing, buying, creative and PR to scale production, distribution and reach of our blog

• Manage a team of contributing writers and ensure publishing deadlines are met

• Optimize existing content for social, SEO and lead generation

• Hold a consistently high bar for both customer-facing and internal copy material

• Partner with CRM to manage email strategy from a content & creative perspective

• Contribute to the strategy and planning of content marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across journalism, fashion or advertising

• Deep understanding of and passion for the brand, our customer and our voice

• Strong copywriting and editing skills required

• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels

• Passionate about creating compelling customer-facing content

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
