About the Role

In this important role you'll directly manage our critical SEM marketing channel, deploy large budgets, and have a meaningful impact driving new customer growth. You'll identify and implement strategic initiatives to reach our Search and Shopping program performance goals, and work in partnership with key cross-functional teams across the organization including the Merchandising and Data teams. The ideal candidate will have an analytical and strategic mindset, strong presentation skills and be able to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

    • Frequently review KPIs, adjusting program at the tactic level to maximize growth
    • Monitor budget pacing and manage the program to revenue and ROAS targets
    • Construct new campaigns which reflect the growing online assortment and brand priorities
    • Leverage an analytical mindset and the ability to craft compelling stories with campaigns data and turn them into clear insights for enhancing performance
    • Help to prepare promotional strategies in support of overarching marketing messages
    • Generate reporting with the ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
    • Manage relationships, new initiatives and troubleshoot issues with vendors (i.e. Google)Stay up to date with latest search trends and best practices, helping to educate the larger marketing organization on the landscape
    • Work closely with cross functional teams (Site Merch, analytics, creative, etc.) to ensure search programs are built for current and future success
    • Develop robust test & learn initiatives, identifying areas of incremental opportunity for the business
    • Grow and manage our international efforts across both Search and Shopping campaigns, including international Google merchant center product feeds


Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3-5 years of experience managing paid search programs at a media agency or ecommerce company
    • Strong analytical skills, including experience with excel
    • Deep experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center
    • Fluency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.)
    • Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, MOZ, etc) a plus
