About The Role

You will be part of a super creative, talented team of footwear and handbag designers based at our San Francisco Bay Area HQ.

The Footwear Design Assistant/Product Coordinator will support the Non-Apparel Design Team in all aspects of design and development. A knowledge and love for the brand is a plus!

This is a full-time position reporting to the Non-Apparel Design Director. Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time


    • Support Non-Apparel Design Team members in all aspects of design & development; including Illustrator CADs, tech packs, sample fittings and vendor communication
    • Organize and manage samples & materials library
    • Track samples and maintain linesheets
    • Photograph incoming prototypes/samples
    • Perform other general design duties as required


    • Understanding of our unique aesthetic and lifestyle
    • Degree in Fashion/Product Design, Product Development or related field
    • 1-3 years industry experience in fashion design required (apparel, footwear and/or bags/accessories)
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Illustrator as well as hand sketching
    • Experience with Google Suite is desired
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to wear multiple hats, multitask and prioritize work on a continual basis
    • Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and hard work ethic
