We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us build an inspiring, intuitive, addicting, “spend half my life on your site” shopping experience for our customers that drives industry-leading sales growth for our business. This role requires someone who is a business operator, with strong ecommerce instincts and an analytical mindset. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-pace environment and has expertise building best-in-class digital experiences. This role will also play a critical role as we define our product roadmap, the processes we use as a team, and building out our overall product development organization.


    • Drive Product Vision for ecommerce & feature experience. Advocate and balance the business requests and technical feasibility in building the digital features and functionality to move the business forward at scale
    • Be an evangelist for the product. Champion the needs of the business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process; ensure what is delivered meets original goals and KPIs
    • Partner with functional leads and third party vendors to define and prioritize use cases, create detailed requirements, define and prioritize user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
    • Collaborate with UX, design, product, engineering teams and third-party vendors as well as business stakeholders to deliver on product vision
    • Drive User acceptance testing, bug prioritization, business validation, business training, a successful release, and post launch measurement of features.
    • Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
    • Effectively present and communicate with senior executives and articulate a point of view; strong communication skills with ability to tailor message to the intended audience
    • Develop the processes across our team to efficiently manage, build, train, and consistently release high quality digital experiences


    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • 5-7 years product management experience, preferably working on retail and/or ecommerce experience customer-facing web products
    • 3-5+ years consumer facing product experience, start up experience a bonus
    • Track record of successful product launches
    • Ability to manage a product roadmap and prioritize features based on urgency and impact
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Experience working across teams (specifically engineering, creative, and business teams) to deliver results
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly collaborative
