The graphic designer will be part of the creative team in developing and producing graphic design, illustration and motion graphics primarily for digital content across all channels - Experience with simple motion graphics is a must for this role.

The role sits within the Creative team and reports to the Art Director and will work collaboratively with Marketing, Digital, Copy and Visual Merchandising to drive campaigns and projects through from conception to completion while honoring our Brand Guidelines. We are looking for someone who loves design and feels strongly about finding sustainable solutions in design.

Responsibilities:

    • Study design briefs and determine requirements
    • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
    • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
    • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
    • Test graphics across various media
    • Amend designs after feedback
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
    • Requirements
    • Proven graphic designing experience
    • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
    • Motion Graphics
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines


Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • 1-3 years of design experience in branding for print, packaging, and digital marketing -
    • experience in both print and web creative execution a must.
    • Strong visual design sense, excellent typography & layout skills, keen eye for detail and
    • brand identity systems.
    • Motion Graphics interest and experience
    • Proficiency in current graphic design practices and Adobe Creative Suite (primarily
    • Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
    • Self-disciplined and motivated in a fast-paced environment that requires creativity and
    • strong attention to detail.
    • Must value collaboration and be able to receive constructive feedback in a team
    • environment.
